The author has defined the peculiarities of innovative technological solutions and developed the process of implementing MarTech tools into state officials’ activity. The implementation process consists of 6 main stages: understanding of a need in innovative technological solutions; searching for information on MarTech tools; comparing sets of functions and various alternatives; testing a free version (demoversion); verification of compliance with goals and tasks of the company; implementation of innovative technological solutions. Modern innovative technological solutions have been conditionally divided by state officials’ functions: control of social media, marketing resources, partner relationships, content generation systems, data analysis, data and digital assets management, technological solutions automation.
