Realizing the irreversibility of these events and their consequences, it becomes obvious that the transformation of national ecosystems is accelerating, especially under the influence of the ecological program. Thus, the process of adaptation to the new ecosystem of state development and ensuring its sustainability actualizes the study of determinants of socio-economic nature.
