An attempt is made to classify interactions between NGOs and state bodies into different types. These types of inter actions are described according to the legal and political situation in a particular country. In order to reach better understanding of the dynamics of inter-sector interaction, the author identifies main factors, which influence relations between NGOs and state bodies.Автор досліджує множину форм взаємодії між об'єднаннями громадян як організаціями громадянського суспільства та інститутами держави, показує зв'язок політико-правового контексту певної держави з динамікою відносин між об'єднаннями громадян та інститутами держави, а також типологізує взаємодію і дає характеристику коленому типу взаємодії.
