Proposals on implementation of the principles of good administration have been represented in this article, primarily for law-making activities. Author’s substantiated the necessity of drafting national Code of good administration, that shall have normative impact on activities of public administration.У статті розглянуто зміст концепції належної адміністрації, що сформувалася в європейській правовій доктрині з метою уніфікованого визначення вимог до діяльності публічних адміністрацій країн – членів Ради Європи, Європейського Союзу. Представлено перелік та визначено зміст основних процедурних та матеріальних принципів належної адміністрації, закріплених у проекті Модельного кодексу належної адміністрації, розробленого під егідою Ради Європи.
