Аналізується традиція їх сприйняття як свого роду синонімів, зокрема, в сучасній міській культурі, а також змістове навантаження кожного з цих понять через визначення їх у науковій літературі. Наведено дефініцію термінів "костюм", "одяг" і "річ" та проаналізовано можливості реального включення їх до синонімічного ряду. Розглянуто випадки, коли вони можуть вживатися для позначення близьких за змістом явищ повсякденного буття.The article is devoted the question of the use in the modern domestic city everyday vocabulary of such concepts, as a “suit”, “dressed” and “thing” and to the problem of their correlation and coexistence.
