The article deals with the reproductive rights of servicemen. It is noted that these rights are one of the most important and the most vulnerable today, and the variants of consideration of this question on the basis of the existing laws are offered. The purpose of the work is: to examine the implementation of reproductive rights in other countries, such as Israel and the United States; to consider the possibility of integrating such practices into the legal framework of Ukraine; and to analyze how possible application of possible new norms of reproductive rights in the current realities of life in our country. The article uses the deductive method of research, the method of analysis and system analysis. The chosen topic is relevant in connection with the urgent problem of resolving the issue of the implementation of reproductive rights of servicemen, which arose due to the full-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. The implementation of reproductive rights in other countries, in particular in Israel and the United States, was studied. The data from these countries are used for comparison in the work as the current and some of the best norms of implementation of the reproductive right of servicemen. The possibility of its integration into the normative legal framework of Ukraine is considered. It is analyzed to what extent the application of new norms of reproductive law in the current realities of life in our country is possible. On the basis of the investigated data, it is proved that our country lacks the regulatory and legal framework for regulating the implementation of the reproductive right of servicemen. A possible variant of amendments to the Laws of Ukraine for the purpose of the earliest settlement of this issue is offered. This work is applicable for improvement of normative-legal base in the sphere of reproductive right, because it reveals and investigates this question and considers the possibilities of applying the international practice and norms in real time of our country.Темою роботи є репродуктивні права військовослужбовців як реалізація права людини згідно з міжнародним правом. У статті розглядаються репродуктивні права військовослужбовців. Наголошено на тому, що ці права є одними з найважливіших та найбільш вразливих на сьогодні, та запропоновано варіанти розгляду цього питання на підставі наявних законопроектів. Метою роботи є: дослідити реалізацію репродуктивного права в інших країнах, таких як Ізраїль та США; розглянути можливість інтеграції такої практики в нормативно-правову базу України; проаналізувати, наскільки є можливим застосування можливих нових норм репродуктивного права в нинішніх реаліях життя нашої країни. В статті використано дедуктивний метод дослідження, метод аналізу та системного аналізу. Обрана тема є актуальною у зв’язку із нагальною проблемою врегулювання питання реалізації репродуктивного права військовослужбовцями, яка виникла через повномасштабне воєнне вторгнення РФ на територію України. Досліджено реалізацію репродуктивного права в інших країнах, зокрема в Ізраїлі та США. Дані з цих країн використанні для порівняння в роботі як діючі, та одні з кращих норм реалізації репродуктивного права військовослужовців. Розглянуто можливість його інтеграції в нормативно-правову базу України. Проаналізовано, наскільки є можливим застосування нових норм репродуктивного права в нинішніх реаліях життя нашої країни. На основі досліджених даних доведено, що в нашій країні не вистачає нормативно-правової бази для врегулювання питання реалізації репродуктивного права військовослужбовців. Запропоновано можливий варіант змін до Законів України з метою найшвидшого урегулювання цього питання.
