There is also demonstrated a deep intimate correlation between the main streams in the philosophy of science at the period and, consequently, the intolerability of the general condemnation of their foundations on the whole from the criticising of individual and quite consistent realizations of particular programs.У статті автор робить спробу на основі радше розуміючого та реконструктивного прочитання однієї з основних тез логічного позитивізму надати виправдання фундамен- тальному значенню ідей, закладених новою логікою і нейтральною феноменалістичною епістемологією на початку XX сторіччя в австро-німецьких філософських колах.
