Its effectiveness and practicability are evaluated and compared to the South African Republic, the United Kingdom and Ukraine. An attempt is made to make a comparative legal analysis of compliance to and implementation of the right to transplantation of human organs based on above mentioned countries.У роботі розглянуто механізми реалізації та забезпечення права на трансплантацію людських органів. Дано оцінку їх ефективності та доцільності на прикладі ПАР, Великої Британії та України.
