На ряді прикладів, насамперед з недавньої політичної історії США, показано вплив неоліберальних і неоконсервативних ідей на перебіг зовнішньополітичного процесу. Виявляється роль ідеологій неолібералізму та неоконсерватизму як змістовних елементів та вагомих мотиваційних чинників міжнародної політики в сучасному світі.This article deals with the specific influence of political ideologies on the formation of the politicalinternational views of ruling elites and on the practical implementation of foreign policy. The influence of neo-liberal and neo-conservative ideas on the foreign policy process is shown, with special reference to the recent political history of the US.
