During the research, we developed the simulation model of demand and supply formation on the labor market in Ukraine. The scenario analysis, which was conducted on the basis of the model, showed the potential development prospects of the labor market development by different initial conditions and assumptions, and its impact on macroeconomic stabilization.Проведено дослідження сучасного стану ринку праці України з позиції системного аналізу, визначено взаємозв’язки між основними макроекономічними показниками та показниками, що характеризують стан ринку праці.
