Attention is focused on the transformation of the labor market in the conditions of the digital economy as an integral component of modern business. The analysis of professional publications on the irreversible development of the digital labor market in Ukraine under the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic and a full-scale war, as well as the need for Ukrainian workers to master the art of automation and robotization of work, and the acquisition of information technology skills, is presented. The purpose of the study is to analyze the trends of the labor market in the conditions of the digital economy and outline the strategic directions of the development of the digital labor market in Ukraine in the conditions of the existing internal threats and opportunities of the external business environment. The research was carried out within the framework of a monographic method of cognition and a systematic approach, using the methods of analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization; the conclusions of the study were formulated using a logical-consequential relationship. Emphasis is placed on the dynamic development of the digitization of labor and the trends of the labor market in the conditions of the digital economy are highlighted. A SWOT analysis was used to analyze the threats and opportunities of digitalization of the labor market, to identify its weak and strong points. Emphasis is placed on the need to rebuild the system of formal and informal education, which will take into account the demands of employers, the trends of the digital economy, and the needs of society for self-realization. The strategic directions of the development of the digital labor market in Ukraine are summarized, the social responsibility of business in the context of the development of automation and robotization of labor is emphasized. The practical value of the study consists in the systematization of development trends, the identification of threats and opportunities of the digital labor market for the formation of an economically efficient and socially responsible business development strategy. A statistical analysis of the dynamics of changes in the labor market in the conditions of the digital economy is defined as a perspective for further research. The article is theoretical.У статті досліджено вплив цифрових технологій на ринок праці в Україні. Акцентовано увагу на трансформації ринку праці в умовах цифрової економіки як невід’ємної складової сучасного бізнесу. Наведено аналіз фахових публікацій про незворотній розвиток цифрового ринку праці в Україні під впливом пандемії Covid-19 та повномасштабної війни, а також необхідність українських працівників опановувати мистецтво автоматизації та роботизації праці, набуття навичок володіння інформаційними технологіями. Метою дослідження є аналіз тенденцій ринку праці в умовах цифрової економіки та окреслення стратегічних напрямків розвитку цифрового ринку праці в Україні в умовах наявних внутрішніх загроз та можливостей зовнішнього бізнес-середовища. Дослідження було здійснено в рамках монографічного методу пізнання та системного підходу, з використанням методів аналізу та синтезу, систематизації та узагальнення; висновки дослідження було сформульовано за допомогою логічно-наслідкового зв’язку. Наголошено на динамічному розвитку цифровізації праці та виокремлено тенденції ринку праці в умовах цифрової економіки. Для аналізу загроз і можливостей цифровізації ринку праці, виявлення слабких та сильних його сторін застосовано SWOT-аналіз. Акцентовано на необхідності перебудови системи формальної та неформальної освіти, яка буде враховувати запити роботодавців, тенденції цифрової економіки та потреби суспільства в самореалізації. Узагальнено стратегічні напрямки розвитку цифрового ринку праці в Україні, наголошено на соціальній відповідальності бізнесу в умовах розвитку автоматизації та роботизації праці. Практична цінність дослідження полягає в систематизації тенденцій розвитку, виокремленні загроз і можливостей цифрового ринку праці для формування стратегії розвитку економічно – ефективного і соціально – відповідального бізнесу. Перспективою подальших досліджень визначено статистичний аналіз динаміки зміни ринку праці в умовах цифрової економіки.
