Generally speaking, the subject broached in this paper is rather controversial in Qumran studies. It remains the issue of disputes among numeral researchers in paleography textual criticism and other fields of historical and philological knowledge so today Qumranolegists more and more face the necessity of new qualified attempt in search of consensus concerning mentioned problem.У статті розглядається така актуальна, проте недостатньо досліджена проблема кумраністики, як авторство рукописів Мертвого моря. Водночас ця проблема є вельми контроверсійною і такою, що спричиняє палкі дискусії серед науковців у палеографії, текстуальній критиці та інших галузях історичного й філологічного знання.
