The issue of execution of court decisions is urgent in Ukraine: no more than 30% of court decisions are executed every year. The paper ascertains whichjudgments of economic courts of Ukraine are executive documents. This issue is urgent because of the fact that Law of Ukraine "On the executive procedure" does not determine exactly which judgments of economic courts are executive documents. It is mentioned that Supreme economic court of Ukraine does not determine if thejudgments on confirm of the amicable agreement is the executive document court does not satisfy the requirements of executive document.У роботі висвітлено поняття виконавчих документів у господарському процесі. Встановлено, які ухвали господарських судів є виконавчими документами.
