The aim of this thesis is to critically assess how sanctions influence the core functions of international arbitration in resolving crossborder commercial disputes, and to develop practical and doctrinal tools for mitigating their negative effects while preserving the legitimacy and efficiency of arbitral proceedings.
The main purpose of this master thesis is to explore the theoretical as well as practical notions regarding the procedure for obtaining, discharging and finally enforcing the interim measures in support of the international arbitration.
