The article deals with problems of Ukraine's access to modern "informational knowledge", and to the related problem of situation of Human Arts in particular. The concrete and strategic ways of their solution are given. The perspectives of Human Arts' situation in Ukraine receive their esteem. The strategy of "the small steps" is stated as an obligatory condition of solution for the outlined situation.
У статті розглядаються проблеми доступу України до сучасного "інформаційного знання" і в зв'язку з цим, зокрема, проблема стану гуманітарії. Даються конкретні і стратегічні варіанти їхнього розв'язку. Оцінюються перспективи стану гуманітарії в Україні. Постулюється стратегія "маленьких кроків" як обов'язкова умова вирішення окресленої ситуації.
