dc.description	As a scientific theory, Social (Rational) choice theory has its own methodological boundaries. According to its methodological autorepresentation and autolegitimization, it can be used only in the cases of Earlymodern liberal democracies (Arrow, Avtonomov, Ryzhkova). My point is that this theory has its own boundaries even in these cases of Early-modern liberal democracies. Weimar Republic was one of the Early-modern liberal democracies, but Nazi had got a political power in it strictly legally, using all the mechanisms of parliament liberal democracy. Nazi ideology and practice was a synthesis of two traditions: Enlightenment tradition of the rational operation with humans and nature and the romantic tradition of Blut und Boden (Blood and Soil) Cult (Žižek, Eco, Russell). According to the Blut und Boden Cult, there exists a mysterious connection between Nation and its Land. Other nations, even of the same language and religion (for example, Jews, who had become German-speaking Christians) are foreigners and even enemies of this Land and this Nation. This connection is mythological: it could not be explained using the ‘Western’ rationality, based on Aristotelian logic; it could be explained only using the alternative ‘mythological’ rationality, based on the logic of von Domarus (Arieti, Von Domarus). According to Aristotelian logic, identity of objects could be proven based on the identity of the subjects; according to the logic of von Domarus, identity of objects could be proven based even on the identity of their predicates (Ib.). The connection between Blood and Soil is a mythological connection, which could be explained only in the logic of von Domarus. As a political factor, this connection had determined transformation from the one of the Early-modern liberal democracy – the Weimar Republic to the Third Reich in quite legal forms of parliament liberal democracy. The case of this transformation proves that Social (Rational) choice theory has its boundaries not only outside but also inside Early-modern liberal democracies; using it in a scientifically correct way means using it in a mix with Enlightenment / Early-modern autocritical and autoreflective genealogical tradition(s), such as psychostructuralism of Silvano Arieti, structural psychoanalysis of Jacques Lacan and Slavoj Žižek, psychoanalysis and psychiatry of Sigmund Freud, Eilhard von Domarus, Kurt Goldstein, Heinz Werner, et a.	en
