Розглядається роль інноваційного підприємства як способу організації, інновацій, сукупності спонукальних мотивів, економічних форм і методів управління системою нововведень, що складається під впливом ринкової кон'юнктури та державного регулювання. Інноваційне підприємство аналізується як сукупність економічних відносин, пов'язаних із включенням відносин інтелектуальної власності в сферу матеріального виробництва.
The role of innovative enterprise as a way of organisation of innovations, combination of prompting motives, economic forms and methods of management of the system of innovation, which created under the influence of the state of the market and state regulation is researched in this article. Innovative enterprise is analysed as combination of economic relations, connected with including of intellectual property' relations into the sphere of material production.
