Abstract:
У статті розглянуто проблему алкогольної залежності в Україні та світі і показано, що ситуація
вже набула загрозливих масштабів і може призвести до виродження української нації; отже, це
питання підноситься на рівень національної безпеки. Розглянуто стадії перебігу алкогольної
залежності, представлено сучасні наукові уявлення про механізм виникнення й розвиток алкогольної
залежності. Описано існуючі лікарські препарати, їх переваги та недоліки. Представлено нову
наукову біотехнологічну розробку антиалкогольного препарату «Алкопон» для лікування хворих від
алкогольної залежності та показано лікувальну й економічну перспективність упровадження цього
препарату.
Description:
The article contributes to the actuality of the problem of alcohol abuse in Ukraine and in the world. It is
shown that the situation has reached the hazardous scale and can lead to degeneration of the Ukrainian nation
so it must be handled at the level of national security. The stages of the development of alcoholism, physiological,
biochemical and psychological aspects of appearance and development of the alcoholism as disease are examined.
The report contains contemporary scientific consumptions of the mechanism of the beginning and development
of alcohol addiction within the microorganisms. Physiological effects of alcoholism on human health are
introduced. The question «why normal people become alcoholics» is raised. The paper list drugs being produced,
discussed their pros and cons.
Also new Ukrainian inventions contributing to alcoholism cure are described, and the curative and economic
prospects of implementation of the research on anti-alcoholic preparation «Alkopon».
