Стратегія національного розвитку : інституційний вимір

Abstract

На основі інституційного підходу з позицій ролі інклюзивних та екстрактивних інститутів у на- ціональному розвитку розглянуто основні проблеми й перспективи політичного розвитку України. Показано, що в Україні політичні й економічні інститути мають яскраво виражений екстрактив- ний характер, хоча останнім часом у політичній системі спостерігаються процеси переходу до ін- клюзивності. Обговорено питання переваг і небезпек децентралізації в аспекті діяльності інклю- зивних політичних інститутів.

The main problems and perspectives of Ukraine’s national development are considered based on the institutional approach with the special attention to the inclusive/extractive institutions role in the process of political transformations. It is shown that the political and economic institutions in Ukraine are of definitely extractive character though recently political system goes through the processes of transition to inclusiveness. Benefits and threats of the decentralization processes are discussed in the context of inclusive political institutions strengthening.
