Короткий опис(реферат):
Оцінюючи модель бінарного вибору Probit та використовуючи дані опитування українських
фірм, ми проводимо емпіричний аналіз факторів, що впливають на поширення заборгованості
із заробітної плати в Україні. Показано, що регіональне розміщення фірм, їхня галузева при
належність та тип власності є основними факторами, що визначають імовірність появи
заборгованості із зарплати.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
Applying Probit estimation techniques based on the data of the survey of Ukrainian firms, we develop
the first empirical study of the determinants of wage arrears in Ukraine. We show that regional location,
industrial affiliation and type of ownership of the firm turn out to be the major factors that determine
the probability of wage arrears within the firms.
