Abstract:
Понад століття триває робота, присвячена пошукам спільного у філософії Сходу та Заходу. В цьому аспекті запропоновано аналіз абстрактного живопису В. Кандинського з погляду філософії «ніщо» в її дзен-буддистському трактуванні. Автор керується теоретичними міркуваннями В. Кандинського щодо розуміння ним білого кольору як «Великого мовчання», тотожного «Всеосяжному універсуму» даосизму.

Author continues the century-lasting but still interesting research on the touches of East and West
philosophies. In this article she makes some analysis of abstract painting ofV. Kandyns 'ky from the
philosophy of «nothing» standpoint in its Zen interpretation. Author bases on theoretical thoughts of
V. Kandyns 'ky on his understanding of 'white' as 'the Great silence', identical to the 'Overall universum '
of Taoism.
