У статті аналізується праця Васо Богданова «Повстання сербів у Воєводині та Угорська революція» як приклад впровадження методики історичного матеріалізму до югославської історіографії,
а також наукова праця автора в міжвоєнний період як відображення всієї суперечності у вирішенні
національного питання в країні і в Югославській комуністичній партії

The work of Vaso Bogdanov «Revolt of Serbs in Vojvodina and the Hungarian revolution» is analysed in the
article as an example of an introduction of the methods of historical materialism to the Yugoslavian historiography.
His works in the interwarperiod are analysed also as an example of the discrepancy of political relationships
in the country and in the Yugoslavian communist party due to resolving of the national question.
