Abstract
У статті розглянуто стан і проблеми функціонування судової влади в Україні. Особливу увагу зосереджено на комплексному підході щодо реформування діяльності цієї гілки влади на сучасному етапі розвитку держави. Проаналізовано такі складові цього підходу: судоустрій; очищення та формування суддівського корпусу; управління судовою владою, включаючи діяльність органів суддівського самоврядування; конституційно-правове регулювання функціонування судової влади України.
Description
The article deals with the status and problems of functioning of the judiciary in Ukraine. Special attention is focused on a comprehensive approach to reform the activities of this branch at the present stage of development of the State. The following are components of this approach: the judiciary; cleaning and shaping of the judiciary; management of the judiciary, including the activity of the judicial authorities; constitutional-legal regulation of the functioning of the judiciary in Ukraine.
