У статті здійснено спробу реконструкції підходу Петра Ліницького, професора філософії Київської духовної академії, видатного мислителя кінця XIX — початку XX ст., до осмислення проблеми взаємин релігійно-моральнісного і раціонально-утилітарного началу загальній та науковій освіті.
In the article an attempt of reconstruction Petro Linitskyi’s discourseмwas taken. Petro Linitskyi was professor of philosophy in Kyiv theological academy, outstanding thinker at the end XIX — beginning of XX centuries. The field of his work laid in the sphere of problems concearning religiousmoral and rational-utilitarian principles in general and scientific education.
