У статті досліджується зміст принципу верховенства Конституції України, аналізуються
підходи окремих вчених до його розуміння. Проведено порівняння і зіставлення принципів верховенства права, верховенства закону і верховенства Конституції.

In this article the author investigates the principle of supremacy of Ukrainian Constitution. Scientific approaches to the understanding of this principle are analyzed. The author compares and confronts principles ‘supremacy of right, ‘supremacy of law’ and gives her own understanding of ‘supremacy of Constitution’.
