Європейського Суду з прав людини. Автор здійснює аналіз окремих рішень Європейського Суду
та їх значення у розумінні вимог, які мають висуватися до національного законодавства.
This article is focused on some aspects of the legal certainty principle understanding in the case-law
of the European Court of Human Rights. The author provides the analysis of particular decisions of the
ECHR and their significance for the understanding of requirements which have to be imposed on national
legislation.
