У статті викладено погляди на право ідеологів та творців історичної правової школи, зокрема
Ш. Л. Монтеск'є, Савіньї, М. Ф. Владимирського-Буданова, Ф. І. Леонтовича та ін. Зроблено
спробу надати характеристики українській правовій традиції, яка за своєю суттю є певною
межею між західною і східною правовими традиціями.
The article is devoted to the views on law of the ideologists and founders of the Historical School of
Law, in particular Montesquieu, Savigny, Vladimirskiy-Budanov, Leontovych and others. The attempt
is made to provide the characteristics of Ukrainian legal tradition, which, in its essence, is a kind of
borderline between Western and Eastern legal traditions.
