dc.description The presentation is a framework of M.Minakov's lecture presented at the HURI, Harvard University on July 20, 2009. Main topic of this lecture was populism in politics. Populism is described here as a special logic shared by leaders and voters with special negative impacts on democratic institutions. The proposed epistemological framework for analysis of populism is illustrated here with several examples from Ukrainian political situation. en_US
