Abstract
У статті досліджено наукові підходи до розуміння принципів тлумачення норм права, їх виокремлення залежно від виду і об’єкта тлумачення, обґрунтовано необхідність їх класифікації та пропоновано авторську класифікацію принципів тлумачення норм права.
Description
In the article the author studies the theoretical approaches to the understanding of the principles of interpretation of legal norms, their distinguishing on the basis of their type and an object of interpretation, justifies the necessity of their classification and proposes his original classification of the principles of interpretation of legal norms.
