Регіональний розвиток – поняття широке, проте
може бути розглянуте як загальна спроба
зменшити регіональні відмінності підтримуючи
(ринок праці та питання прибутку) економічні
процеси на місцях. Це об’єктивний процес
соціоекономічної зміни у структурі регіонів та
їхнього співвідношення.
Політика регіонального розвитку зачіпає важливі
економічні питання на різних рівнях. Вона
базується на співвіднесені внутрішньої та
зовнішньої політик.
Regional development is a broad term but can be
seen as a general effort to reduce regional disparities
by supporting (employment- and wealth-generating)
economic activities in regions. It is an objective
process of socio-economic change in the structure of
the regions and their relation to other regions.
Regional development policy which affects the
movement of this process involves the construction
and determination of concepts, strategies, goals,
objectives, and current economic policy measures as
well their implementation at different territorial
levels. It is based on the compatibility of regional,
sectoral and global politics. EU regional policy aims
at concrete results, which strengthen economic and
social cohesion in order to overcome the differences
in development between regions. With the help of
Structural Funds, EU finance projects that benefit the
region, local communities and citizens. In this paper,
we analyse the advantages and disadvantages of
online application in projects. A questionnaire was
conducted on a sample of 140 potential applicants
for project financing from Structural and Cohesion
Funds.
