Recognizing the need to form diplomatic service, the Lisbon Treaty has changed the system international representation, which began to emerge since the establishment of the first European integration institutions. The article examines the role of the new European External Action Service in formation of postmodern EU diplomacy.
Визнаючи необхідність формування власної дипломатичної служби ЄС, Лісабонська угода змінила систему зовнішньополітичного представництва ЄС, що почала зароджуватись з часу виникнення перших спільних інтеграційних інституцій – попередниць ЄС. У статті розглянуто роль нової Європейської служби зовнішньої дії у формуванні постмодерної системи дипломатії ЄС.
