Abstract
У статті аналізується практика Європейського суду з прав людини та Комітету ООН з прав людини щодо реалізації права на правову допомогу в рамках страсбурзької та женевської систем розгляду індивідуальних скарг у разі порушення прав людини. Наводяться приклади окремих національних правових систем, які сприяють індивідові у наданні правової допомоги, коли він звертається у міжнародні правозахисні органи. Дається оцінка сучасній практиці забезпечення правової допомоги тим, хто звертається за захистом своїх прав до міжнародних органів з контролю за дотриманням та захисту прав людини. The article deals with the practice of the European Court of Human Rights and the UN Human Rights Committee on the realization of the right to legal assistance in the framework of the Strasbourg and Geneva systems of individual recourse in cases of human rights violations. Some national regimes which provide legal aid before international human rights protection institutions are analyzed. Modern practice of providing legal assistance before international human rights bodies is summarized.
