Розглянуто проблеми, тенденції та напрямки розвитку освітніх послуг на основі аналізу зарубіжних публікацій. Наголошено, що міжнародні організації з початку пандемії COVID-19 сприяли безперервності освіти, підтримували країни для пом’якшення її наслідків. Зауважено, що подальші кроки повинні бути спрямовані на продовження розробки відкритих освітніх платформ, заохочення співпраці між університетами, міжнародними організаціями, приватним сектором, громадянським суспільством. Визначено та узагальнено основні тенденції розвитку освіти у світі. Тенденції, які можна буде побачити в майбутніх змінах в освіті, стосуватимуться: збільшення освітніх інновацій, зміцнення державно-приватного освітнього партнерства, подолання цифрової нерівності тощо.
Problems, tendencies and directions of development of educational services on the basis of the analysis of foreign publications are considered. It has been emphasized that since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, international organizations have contributed to the continuity of education and supported countries to mitigate its effects. It was noted that further steps should be aimed at continuing the development of open educational platforms, encouraging cooperation between universities, international organizations, the private sector, and civil society. The main trends in the development of education in the world are identified and summarized. Trends that can be seen in future changes in education will include: increasing educational innovations, strengthening public-private educational partnerships, overcoming digital inequality, and so on.
