Abstract
У статті обґрунтована необхідність вирішення проблеми раціонального використання ресурсів та ресурсозбереження.
Надано трактування поняття ресурсозбереження. Досліджено динаміку обсягу реалізації та структуру витрат на виробництво
продукції металургійних підприємств. Визначено фактори впливу на результативність
металургійної промисловості, досліджено
чинники оцінки потенціалу енергозбереження, надано рекомендації практичної
модернізації металургійних підприємств
та підвищення їх енергоефективності.
Доведено, що вибір відповідних інструментів механізму стимулювання впровадження
технологій енергозбереження залежить від
особливостей конкретного промислового
підприємства, його організаційної структури, специфіки діяльності, фінансово-економічного стану, енергетичної політики,
кадрового забезпечення, культури споживання енергоресурсів, освітньої підготовки
керівництва.
В статье обоснована необходимость решения проблемы рационального использования ресурсов и ресурсосбережения. Предоставлено трактовку понятия ресурсосбережение. Исследована динамика объема реализации и структура затрат на производство продукции металлургических предприятий. Определены факторы влияния на результативность металлургической промышленности, исследованы факторы оценки потенциала энергосбережения, предоставлено рекомендации практической модернизации металлургических предприятий и повышения их энергоэффективности. Доказано, что выбор соответствующих инструментов механизма стимулирования внедрения энергосберегающих технологий зависит от особенностей конкретного промышленного предприятия, его организационной структуры, специфики деятельности, финансового состояния, энергетической политики, кадрового обеспечения, культуры потребления энергоресурсов, образовательной подготовки руководства
The article substantiates the need to solve the problem of rational resource use and resource saving. It is proved that resource saving is one of the key areas in the management policy of modern enterprises. However, in order for it to be adequately implemented in the overall management system of the enterprise, a precise understanding of the essence of this concept is needed. Until now, there is no consensus among scientists and practitioners regarding the interpretation of the concept of "resource saving". Most authors define resource saving as a process that involves a set of technical, economic, and organizational activities aimed at the rational resource use and at meeting the growing demands for them mainly through savings. In our view, resource saving should be considered as a set of activities that explore not only the material reduction of resource use, but also the further development of the enterprise, its strategic orientation and the impact of the implemented measures on further activities. Given that the enterprises of the metallurgical complex are the driver of the progress of related industries – shipbuilding, aviation, transport and heavy engineering, military-industrial complex, energetics, construction industry, we have studied the dynamics of sales and the structure of the production costs for metallurgical enterprises. The factors of influence on the efficiency of metallurgical industry are identified, the factors for assessing the energy saving potential are investigated, and the recommendations for practical modernization of metallurgical enterprises and improvement of their energy efficiency are provided. It is proved that the choice of appropriate tools of the incentive mechanism for the introduction of energy-saving technologies depends on the characteristics of a particular industrial enterprise, its organizational structure, the specifics of its activities, financial condition, energy policy, human resourcing, culture of energy consumption, and educational attainment of its leadership.
