У статті досліджено вплив аграрного землекористування на перспективи сталого розвитку України, окреслено існуючі проблеми, висвітлено місце нашої країни у світовому експорті окремих видів продовольства та екологічні наслідки сільськогосподарського виробництва. Розкрито можливі шляхи та першочергові заходи щодо його удосконалення. Обгрунтовано необхідність зростання вартості сільгоспугідь в сучасних умовах через вплив ринкових механізмів.
The article examines the impact of agricultural land use on the prospects of sustainable development of Ukraine, outlines the existing problems, highlights the place of our country in world exports of certain foods and the environmental consequences of agricultural production. Possible ways and priority measures for its improvement are revealed. The necessity of increasing the value of agricultural lands in modern conditions due to the influence of market mechanisms is substantiated.
