У статті на підставі аналізу онтології ліберального Світу Людини та його кризових складових визначено сучасну перехідну «картину світу», відповідну їй модель освіти, засади альтернативної
освітньої політики, з огляду на що дається авторська оцінка освітніх пріоритетів ЮНЕСКО на 2012–2013 рр.
