Феномен "партії влади" в країнах із "гібридним" політичним режимом: український контекст

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються особливості функціонування "партій влади" у "гібридному" політичному режимі України. Перший розділ роботи присвячено концептуалізації понять політичної партії та "партії влади", описано ряд базових підходів до їх типологізації, пояснено основні відмінності між ними. У розділі також було звернуто увагу на недоліки в існуючих дослідженнях феномену. В результаті було запропоновано власний синтезований список характеристик явища "партія влади". У другому розділі досліджувалося поняття "гібридного" політичного режиму та було описано його специфіку в Україні. Було проведено аналіз партійного поля та описано особливості існування "партій влади" в українському "гібридному" політичному режимі . У результаті проведеного дослідження зроблено висновок про те, що феномен "партії влади" має особливість змінювати свою організаційну структуру, підлаштовуючись під мінливі умови "гібридного" режиму в Україні.

The features of the functioning of "parties of power" in the "hybrid" political regime of Ukraine are considered in the paper. The first section of the paper is devoted to conceptualization of the definitions of a political party and the "party of power", describing a number of basic approaches to their typology, explaining the main differences between them. Attention was also drawn to the shortcomings in existing scientific studies of the phenomenon in the first section. As a result, our own synthesized list of characteristics of the "party in power" phenomenon was proposed. The second section explores the concept of "hybrid" political regime and describes its specifics in Ukraine. The party field was analyzed and the peculiarities of the existence of "parties of power»in the Ukrainian "hybrid" political regime were described. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the phenomenon of the "party in power" has a unique feature to change its organizational structure, adapting to the changing conditions of the "hybrid" regimein Ukraine.
