Abstract
У статті досліджено умови формування багатошарових утворень на поверхні SiO2 внаслідок специфічних взаємодій між полі-β-циклодекстрином і адамантанвмісними полімерами (розгалуженим ПЕО і декстраном). Можливість отримання багатошарових утворень і структура отриманих плівок вивчені з використанням методу QCM-D(Q-Sense Quartz Crystal Microbalance with Dissipation). Встановлено вплив адамантанвмісних полімерів і тривалості їхньої адсорбції на формування багатошарових утворень, отриманих із використанням гідрофобних та електростатичних взаємодій.
Description
In this work formation of multilayered fi lms on silica surfaces utilizing specifi c interaction between poly-β-cyclodextrin and adamantane containing polymers (four-armed-PEO and dextran) and the layer-by-layer formation of two oppositely charged poly-β-cyclodextrins was studied. They can be used further for specific application such as functional fi lms or drug delivery systems. It was investigated if multilayers can be obtained and the structure of the built multilayers. The method for these studies was QCM-D. It was studied the infl uence of adamantane containing polymers and adsorption time on the multilayer build-up. Multilayer build-up was done utilizing specifi c hydrophobic and electrostatic interactions. Change in sensed mass, energy dissipation, viscoelastic properties for the build-up multilayers gives information of the obtained films structure. The multilayer obtained via electrostatic interactions is stiffer, whereas in the other systems the multilayers obtained via specific hydrophobic interactions show more viscoelastic properties.
