У роботі аналізується традиція локального поділу пам’яток скіфського часу
Лівобережжя, виділяються її основні засновки. На підставі нових досліджень
поселенських систем регіону пропонується введення нового таксону – регіону в цю
систему, робляться припущення про причини їх появи та сутність. Виділені регіони в
басейнах Сейму та Псла дозволяють припустити існування подібних структур і на
інших територіях Лівобережжя.
This paper addresses the analysis of local division of Scythian age sites of the Dnipro
left bank, highlighting its main findings. Based on the new studies of the settlement systems
of the region, it is proposed to introduce a new taxon - the region into this system. Several
assumptions are made about the reasons for the emergence of such structures. Existence of
the regions in the Seym and Psel basins suggest that similar structures can be found in other
areas of the Dnipro left bank forest steppe.
