One of the decisive indicators of competitiveness of the economy is innovative
development. Innovation has its own embodiment infrastructure, called the innovation ecosystem.
It consists of direct innovators (start-ups), investment and support institutions, and a state as a
regulator. The current state of innovative development of Ukraine remains at a very low level,
which is reflected by the latest positions in the leading world rankings. |
