Статтю Андрія Хвилі "Від ухилу-у прірву", в якій офіційно засуджено творчість Миколи Хвильового, проаналізовано як частину мовної практики радянського тоталітаризму. Описано лінгвістичні механізми, зокрема, особливості вживання ідеологічно маркованих лексем, займенникових одиниць, для насадження ідей, потрібних для зміцнення тоталітарного режиму.
During the rule of the Soviet system, texts in Ukrainian appeared, which became a kind of expression of totalitarianism. Ideologemes forced through linguistic practices of the totalitarian era are still present in the public space of Ukraine, in particular because they were introduced and reproduced not only in Russian but also in Ukrainian.
The purpose of this exploration is to analyze the article by Andrii Khvylia "From the Slope - into the Abyss" as part of linguistic practices of Soviet totalitarianism.
