A model of the economic cycle has been built. New recommendations for the government’s foreign and
domestic policy have been determined. The phenomenon of the global character of the long technological
cycle has been explained. The effectiveness of the creation of an oogamic family of companies as a method of
dealing with the aging of the corporation has been proved.
