У статті розкрито проблеми "переозначування" й "текстуального катарсису" крізь призму
лаканівського психоаналізу. Зокрема, обговорюється проблема "неможливості означування жінки",
за Лаканом, та шляхи конструювання літературно-культурологічних стратегій подолання цієї
проблеми. Матеріалом дослідження обрано п'єсу Фрідріха Дюрренматта "Візит старої пані".
The topic of the article is the problem of “re-signification” and “textual catharsis” according to
the Lacanian psychoanalytical conceptions. The Lacanian notion of the impossibility of the
signification of a female subject as a Woman is re-interpreted in view of the artificial construction
of the subjective strategies. The above key concepts are illustrated by the example described in the
play by Friedrich Durrenmatt “The Visit”
