Particularity of Bioethics ideas origin, evolution and social aspect of modem society attitude
to them are considered. The opinions of scientists from various countries concerning problems
related to biomedicine and genetic engineering are cited. The aspects of interrelation in system
"human - biotope", cosmism ethics, environmental ethics are analyzed. It is emphasized the
importance of bioethics mode of thought for the present civilization.
