Проаналізовано основні права та обов’язки державного службовця. Визначено напрями удосконалення законодавчого забезпечення правового статусу державного службовця.
The article deals with the problems of the legal status of a civil servant through the
prism of the present. The key problems of the legal status of a civil servant in the context
of the most recent legislation are analyzed. The emphasis is on the main elements of the
legal status of a civil servant. The basic rights and duties of a civil servant are analyzed.
The main tendencies of improving the legislative provision of the legal status of a civil
servant are defined.
