Public statements on anti-corruption policies and reporting practices are one of the crucial steps in a company’s anti-corruption activities. Open declarations of this kind encourage the development of management systems which helps companies to “walk the talk”. Th e main purpose of this paper is to look at anti-corruption materials published on the websites of the biggest companies in Australia, New Zealand, Poland and Ukraine. One of the foundations of any anti-corruption policy is its visibility both inside and outside organization. In this paper we present the results of international research about organizations’ anti-corruption declarations and reporting practices.
