У статті досліджено стан забруднення довкілля в Україні через панування традиційних технологій, що базуються на надмірному споживанні природних ресурсів та їх нераціональному використанні. Висвітлено наявні в наш час проблеми становлення "зеленої" економіки та заходи щодо
їх розв’язання.
Метою дослідження було висвітлення екологічних наслідків нераціонального використання
природних ресурсів України в основних видах економічної діяльності, обґрунтування необхідності
модернізації господарства нашої країни за принципами "зеленої" економіки, розкриття основних
напрямів розв’язання наявних у наш час у зв’язку з цим проблем.
У процесі підготовки статті було використано методи економічного аналізу, статистичний,
порівняльний, системного підходу, а також прийоми групування і графічної інтерпритації виявлених закономірностей.
Проаналізовано кількість утворення відходів в Україні за видами економічної діяльності за період
2010-2017 рр. та поводження з ними. Розкрито обсяги постачання електроенергії від поновних джерел та структуру їхнього приросту і особливості нарощування їхніх потужностей за регіонами країни. Окреслено наявні недоліки.
Досліджено екологічні проблеми аграрної сфери та стан ґрунтового покриву. Визначено першочергові заходи щодо їх усунення.
Розкрито необхідність формування у населення "зеленого" світогляду і виховання екологічного
мислення. "Зелена" складова має охоплювати виховні та навчальні програми всіх ланок освітнього
процесу.
Обґрунтовано доцільність для розв’язання проблем становлення "зеленої" економіки в Україні
вирішення питань забезпечення ефективного правового регулювання в суспільстві взаємовідносин
суб’єктів господарювання і охорони природного середовища.
It is researched in this article that the status of environmental pollution in Ukraine is connected with
the traditional technology domination based on excessive natural resources consumption and its irrational
usage. The paper describes existing at the current time problems of formation of the “green”
economy and measures necessary to solve it.
The goal of the research is to describe the ecological consequences of irrational usage of natural
resources of Ukraine at the basic kinds of economic activities, to ground the necessity of modernization
of our country’s economy using “green” economy principles, to open the general directions of solving the
related problems existing at our times.
When writing this parer, the following methods were applied: methods of economical analysis, statistical,
a comparative approach, systemic thinking, as well as a grouping method and the method of graphical
diagrams of revealed regularities.
The analysis focused on the volumes of waste creation in Ukraine as per types of economic activities
during the period of 2010-2017, which revealed the volumes of electricity support from renewable sources
and the structure of their growth and peculiarities of development in the country’s regions. The author
outlined the existing disadvantages.
We researched ecological problems in the agricultural area and the status of the soil cover. The firstpriority
measures were substantiated to solve these problems.
It appears necessary to formg a “green” world-view among our population and develop ecological
thinking. The “green” part should cover training and educating programs of all lines of the education
process, starting from preschool institutions and ending with training high class specialists for different
areas and levels of management in the country.
It is expedient to solve problems of formation of “green” economy in Ukraine in order to solve the
issues of supply of an effective legal regulation in society through the relationship among agents of business
and protection of the natural environment.
