Problem small claims w arbitrażu handlowym w prawie polskim

Abstract

One of the important features of arbitration is speed. A question should be asked as to whether there is a legitimate need for separate regulation of small claims in arbitration proceedings in Polish law, in particular due to its more informal character and greater discretion of arbitrators, and if so, one should ask about the location of the regulation of this institution. Small claims has fundamental importance for the arbitration proceedings because they guarantee implementation of speed in arbitration.
