У статті проведено детальний аналіз теоретичного підґрунтя вивчення трудової міграції,
досліджено передумови міжрегіональної міграції в Україні, визначено ефекти виштовхування та
притягування в різних регіонах та проаналізовано їхній вплив на щорічний рівень міграції. На підставі
цих спостережень визначено основні петлі зворотного зв’язку, їхню взаємодію, що дало змогу
побудувати імітаційну модель утворення внутрішніх міграційних потоків. На основі побудованої
моделі проведено сценарний аналіз, у результаті якого з’ясовано, що рівень внутрішньої міграції
є особливо чутливим до змін вартості житла в інших регіонах, а також до збільшення розриву
заробітної плати в регіонах призначення. У результаті дослідження виявлено основні перепони та
можливості для вдосконалення регулювання міжрегіональної міграції всередині країни.
The article provides a detailed analysis of the theoretical basis for the study of labor migration,
investigates the preconditions for interregional migration in Ukraine, identifies the effects of expulsion and
attraction in different regions, and analyzes their impact on the annual level of migration. On the basis of
these observations, the main feedback loops and their interaction were determined, which made it possible
to construct a simulation model for the formation of internal migration flows. Based on the constructed
model, a scenario analysis was conducted, which found that the level of internal migration is particularly
sensitive to changes in the cost of housing in other regions, as well as to the increase of the wage gap in
destination regions. The study revealed the main obstacles and opportunities for improving the regulation
of interregional migration within the country.
