Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано доцільність організації процесу дистанційного управління на
підприємстві. Запроваджені сутнісні-змістові характеристики понять "дистанційний
менеджмент" та "організація процесу дистанційного управління підприємством".
Досліджено основні причини поширення дистанційного менеджменту на підприємствах.
Виділено визначальні чинники, які обумовлюють необхідність методичної організації та
ефективного контролю діяльності підприємств на відстані. Сформовано перелік основних
інструментів впливу та етапів розробки повноцінного ефективного комплексу віддаленої
організації праці. Проаналізовано зміст дистанційного керівництва на вітчизняному ринку в
умовах традиційної організації праці. Обґрунтовано необхідність використання системи
дистанційного менеджменту та створення методики, щодо ефективної організації такої
системи управління.
The paper addresses the description and actuality of organization enterprise’s remote control process. Introduced in fact the original-content characteristics for such concepts as "remote control" and "Organization of the remote control process for enterprise". Investigated and described main reasons of maintaining remote control system at the workplace. Investigated and determined the main factors that necessitate methodical organization and effective control of the corporation at a distance. Formed a list of basic instruments of influence and developed a set of the essential steps for developing effective remote managing system. Described the understanding of remote management by the Ukrainian employers in domestic market in terms of traditional labor organization. The practical significance of the study is justification for the use of remote management system and origination of the effective method of developing remote control system within the enterprise.
